baby potato fry



This is a really really tasty recipe, my kidz love it too much……………..
Even we elders enjoy this fantastic recipe for its tangy taste and fascinating aroma. 
We at home make this often as a side dish for rice and chapatti.
Ingredients 

1. Baby potato/Dum aloo boiled & peeled -1/2 kg
2. Chilly powder – 2 tbsp full
3. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
4. Salt – for taste
5. Curd – 2 tbsp
6. Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp ( this is must for the flavor)
7. Oil – for frying.

Method 
  1. Mix all the ingredients together 
  2. Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.
  3. Now you can shallow fry the potatoes. Add more oil if you need. Do not make use of the ladder as it will break the potatoes. 
  4. Garnish with kasoori methi.
